Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place your unworn garments with original tags attached into the shipping mailer and include your packing slip.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
